I was corresponding to the service team for a few days in regard to retouching my design of my late cat, and I’m so thankful for their understanding and prompt response throughout.
I appreciate how the portrait was packaged, was handled gentley by the courier when labeled fragile. I’ve purchased two portraits here now, one for a family relative and now myself.
